Pictures from the Welsh Premier League Seminar. This was held at Newtown Football Club. Guest speaker was Premiership referee Steve Bennett. Over 90 were in attendance. The day was arranged by National Referees Officer Rodger Gifford. |

New chairman of the Pembrokeshire Referees’ Society Steve Evans first duty in his new role was to present the Margaret Davies Sportsmanship Cup to Tudor Walters, manager of Haverfordwest Cricket Clubs 2nd XI who won the cup for the first time. Their achievement beat the honour to the Cricket Club’s 1st Xl last season when they came runners up to Clarbeston Road. |

A new era began for the Pembrokeshire Referees’ Society when Haverfordwest’s Steve Evans took on the role of Chairman of the Society at the recently held AGM. He will be supported by President Danny Thomas from Pembroke and Treasurer Ian Baxter of Carmarthen. Jonathan Twigg, also from Haverfordwest fills the post of Vice Chairman whilst being Acting Secretary alongside Keith McNiffe of Pembroke as the Society search for a suitable incumbent. |
